Bylaws & Resolutions

    ORIA operates under a set of By-Laws where each property owner is a member.  ORIA further operates under a set of resolutions that consist of conduct rules and committee functions formed to support ORIA.  Several new policies were added as of January 1, 2012, to comply with Texas HOA/POA laws.
